Below are the Warm-up videos we have created for the gymnasts to perform at the Gymnastics display in Salisbury town centre, on Saturday 12th June! 

Monday, Tuesday and Megs Friday group, these gymnasts will be performing the

'Encanto' warm-up with me and Erynn in!!

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday gymnasts will be performing the warm-up that

Coach Thea is performing!

If you are unsure which video your gymnast will be performing just send me an email.
